Travels are structured as 

• One Way within or greater than a 15-mile radius of client’s residence
• Round-Trip within or greater than a 15-mile radius of client’s residence

Requires a 24-hour reservation notice to avoid Late Call Fee. Holiday rate applies per Company policy.
